Shipping costs

Shipping is free for orders from €20. For orders below €20, shipping costs €4.95. The shipping costs are shown again in the checkout before you complete your order.

Delivery countries

We ship to all EU countries as well as Norway and the United Kingdom. For deliveries to Norway and the United Kingdom, customs duties or import taxes may apply, which are charged by the authorities of the destination country.

Delivery time

The estimated delivery time is shown on every product page directly below the price. Depending on the item, it is between 2 and 15 days. If you order several items, they may arrive in separate packages; this does not cost you anything extra.

Tracking

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also track your order on our Track your order page.
